Milestone Healthcare Ltd exists to support young people, including young people who are particularly vulnerable or have learning disabilities, throughout that most important, transitional phase in their lives as they prepare for adulthood. We offer invaluable support that covers everything from managing finances to living both independently and with others, and creating opportunities for the future.
